#4-->jom bersenam part 1

Jom bersenam sekarang!

Melalui regular aerobic exercise such as biking, walking or jogging, anda dapat meningkatkan kadar metabolisma badan and burn more calories.

How to loss weight?
Exercising a little every day is better than anda try untuk buat sehabis mampu tetapi tidak konsisten!
Mulakan senaman dengan perlahan dan tingkatkan secara beransur-ansur untuk beberapa minggu apabila anda semakin cergas..

Overall fat loss memerlukan anda untuk membakar lemak lebih daripada kadar pengambilan lemak itu sendiri…
If at the end of the day, the numbers of calories you took in is less than the calories you have burned, then you’ll lose weight!
On the other hand, if you’ve eaten more calories than you burned off, you’ll gain weight.
So, you choose~

Kalau buat kerja rumah pun boleh membakar lemak!
Yes, it does!
Tetapi…
You have to know one fact,
The more active you are, the more calories you burn
Jadi, tidak perlu dibangkit isu mengapa kita perlu bersenam ok!

Bila anda ingin memulakan a new diet or a new exercise routine, do start it slowly.
Jangan tergopoh-gapah
Start a new thing in harsh will force your body and can make you tired easily and can harm your muscles and joints too!
Ingat! Orang tamak selalu rugi!
 
Tips!!!

Warm-ups is important! It helps tone the muscles, preparing it for the activity you wanna do.
After all, do your cool down before rushing to shower room.
Kalau x, memanng cramp menunggu anda di sana~

Aktiviti-aktiviti lain contohnya dancing, aerobic and sports bukan sahaja dapat tone your muscles and lose weight tetapi dapat memberi keseronokan kepada anda juga.
So, enjoy your exercise well!

Don’t forget to replenish your body fluid. Do drink plenty of water or natural fruit juice! Badan anda memerlukan gantian kepada loss fluid apabila anda melakukan sebarang senaman.
Help your body first, then your body will help you…
Jangan lupa, bantu membantu itu amalan mulia tau!

A good exercise should be done at least 3-5 time a week, for 15-30 minute for each.
 Eat less, so you won’t have to exercise that much.
